Refund policy
We understand that accidents happen and want to help where we can.
In the event that you receive a damaged item, email Shipping@theponddigger.com detailed pictures of the product and the box the product arrived in to get a refund or schedule a replacement item to be shipped.
In the event that you receive a product, no longer want it, and the product is unused/unopened; we are more than happy to refund you the cost of the item if you ship the order back to us. All of our shipping labels have a return address on them. We will begin to process your refund when we receive the product.
